After being appointed as the principal contact, Highview began the work at Chesterfield House in Leigh-on-Sea.
The project involved supplying and installing Bauder liquid waterproofing on multiple roof areas and balconies, as well as making concrete repairs and repainting all previously painted surfaces.
The scheme presented logistical challenges due to its central location and the limited available space. However, by coordinating effectively with the client, we were able to minimise our site setup requirements and maximise the use of courtyard areas for residents during the project.
Our site manager ensured that banksmen were present while work was being conducted above entrance doors; this allowed the work to proceed safely without putting any third parties at risk.
