Highview Group is proud to have successfully delivered a comprehensive roofing and external refurbishment project at Shawbridge Estate on behalf of Harlow Council. The works formed part of a planned programme to improve the building envelope, address long-term defects and enhance the overall performance, safety and appearance of the property.
Scope of works:
🔹 Full strip-up and replacement of the existing main flat roof system, including removal of defective materials and installation of a BauderFLEX flatboard roofing system.
🔹 Strip-up and renewal of the stairwell and tank room roofs, ensuring improved weather resistance and long-term structural durability.
🔹 Installation of upgraded roofing systems designed to enhance waterproofing, longevity and overall building protection.
🔹Implementation of thermal upgrades to improve the building’s energy efficiency and reduce heat loss.
