We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of a waterproofing and drainage remediation project at Samuda Estate, where our team resolved ongoing water ingress issues affecting the resident car park beneath a communal access pathway.
After carrying out detailed investigations, including CCTV drainage surveys, we identified the root causes of the problem and implemented a targeted repair programme. The works included repairing defective asphalt expansion joints and installing new asphalt upstands to strengthen the waterproofing system and prevent future water penetration.
Working within a fully occupied residential development, the project was carefully phased to minimise disruption to residents and was completed ahead of schedule. The result is improved drainage performance, restored waterproofing integrity, and long-term protection for the car park below.
