Highview undertook at metal sheet roofing replacement project to a school in Essex that Barker Associates Contract Administer. Due to the duration of the works, Highview commenced worked on site before the School summer break which required careful logical planning of scaffolding, materials and cranes to ensure that the health and safety of students was not compromised. Highview were great communicators, and kept us as Project Managers informed of progress, as well as regular updates to the school’s site team. The project budget was very tight, and Highview provided regular cost updates so that funding expenditure could be tracked closely.
