Highview were appointed to deliver a comprehensive external refurbishment programme across 15 residential properties, aimed at enhancing the visual appearance, safety standards, and long-term durability of the buildings.

The scheme forms part of a wider investment strategy to improve living environments for residents while ensuring the properties remain protected and compliant for years to come.

Scope of Works
The programme of works was carefully planned and delivered in phases to minimise disruption to residents and maintain safe access at all times.

Key elements of the scheme included:

• Erection of full scaffolding systems to provide safe and secure access to all working areas.
• Replacement of front external buildups, incorporating the installation of new, Front entrance doors, Windows and Store doors.
• Renewal of soffits. Enhancing durability and overall finish and appearance.
• Removal and full upgrade of communal stair structures, including the installation of new steel balustrades.
• Replacement of communal balustrades and flooring to revitalise shared spaces. The new installations ensure safety and high quality.
