Highview were appointed to complete the demolition of offices within St George’s Lodge in Barnet, a detached two storey commercial property, as well as remodelling the building into two new self-contained apartments.
Works for the Highview Internals team included all stud work, plastering, electrical works, plumbing, fitting of kitchens and bathrooms (accessible and low-level within ground floor apartment), installing new flooring and decorations throughout.
Specified fittings posed significant delays to the original programme, however close cohesion with the Contract Administrator allowed us to deliver as close to Barnet Home’s needs as possible.
