Working for long-standing client Purdy, Highview have been delivering pitched roof replacements to multiple street properties throughout the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham since 2018.
The bungalows shown are a 2020 example of a batch or properties which required full roof and roofline replacement, inclusive of a party wall fire break specific to the council’s specification.
Successful ongoing delivery of this contract has required us to ensure a comprehensive Resident Liaison service with property occupants, in order to smoothly organise arrangements for access and maintain positive communication within the various communities.
