Keble Court

Works at Keble Court in St Albans consisted of the supply and installation of a Bauder Total Roofing System to the roof terrace of the penthouse areas, to allow the roofing works to proceed the following enabling works was required: Removal and reinstatement of Balcony Doors, Balustrades and Renewal of Decking.

The Scheme encountered some challenges with structural defects but through a collaborative working approach with the client we managed to ensure the building was left structurally sound and watertight.

Our team ensured that all key stakeholders were kept informed of all changes throughout the programme duration to ensure we maintained the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
