Highview was appointed by Engie to carry out Bauder roofing works on multiple new residential buildings, as well as the hard landscaping and decking for several terrace and balcony areas.
The project included a total of 1,500 m² of slate roofing, complete with single-ply internal guttering, and 2,500 m² of Bauder green roofs.
One of the biggest challenges faced during this contract was the impact of lockdowns and restrictions due to Covid-19. This required adjustments to on-site work coordination to align with the client’s revised program, necessitating logistics meetings to ensure multiple trades could work around each other effectively.
Despite the setbacks to the schedule, the overall project was a success, resulting in a final outcome that the client was very pleased with.
