After being appointed as the principal contact, Highview commenced work at St. Clements Court in Leigh-on-Sea.
The project involved the supply and installation of a Triflex liquid waterproofing system on the main roof, as well as repointing the entire south elevation.
The scheme faced some challenges due to its seafront location; however, through stringent health and safety management, we were able to identify safe working days and adjust our labor force accordingly to account for any downtime.
