Allen Hall

Highview Group was appointed to deliver a multi-phase external refurbishment and roofing programme at Allen Hall, a historic and architecturally significant estate located in the heart of Chelsea.

Working in close collaboration with the client team, our project delivery strategy focused on safeguarding the integrity of this heritage asset while implementing a suite of modernised building enhancements.

Across Phases 1 and 2, our in-house operatives and specialist supply chain partners executed a comprehensive programme of works designed to strengthen building performance and extend the long-term lifecycle of the estate.

Phase 2

This was for the external Refurbishment & Building Envelope Enhancement including:

• Installation of new windows across Phase 1 and Phase 2 blocks.
• Full pitched roof replacement.
• Renewal of cast iron and aluminium rainwater goods, vent pipes and associated components.
• Localised brickwork repairs to stabilise and preserve the existing structure.
• External redecoration to sills and all previously painted surfaces
• Full re-pointing of elevations, improving resilience and restoring original character
• Specialist brick cleaning to rejuvenate façade appearance

Phase 3

Replacement of flat roofing systems to improve water tightness and thermal performance throughout all phases, our focus remained on delivering a seamless programme with minimal disruption to the operational environment.
