We are currently progressing through Phase 1 of the refurbishment of the vehicle workshop at Bagley’s Lane for Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
Our current scope of works includes:
🔹External scaffold access platforms
🔹Internal crash decks for the 150kg/m² roof load limit
🔹Replacement windows
🔹New internal cladding and lighting
🔹New Bauder insulated felt roofing system
Licensed specialists are also safely removing asbestos-containing windows ahead of the installation of the new units and surrounding cladding.
With the busy depot and workshop remaining fully operational throughout the works, careful planning, secure segregation and clear communication are essential. Our team is working closely with all stakeholders to maintain safe access, protect depot staff and keep operations running smoothly.
We’re pleased with the progress so far and look forward to completing Phase 1 soon, with Phase 2 planned for early 2027.
