Following Highview’s successful appointment as a contractor on the Southern Housing Framework, we’re pleased to share our first project completion. 🏠
Highview has successfully delivered a full pitched roof renewal to an occupied residential block, providing a long-term roofing solution that enhances the building’s appearance while improving its durability and protection from the elements.
With the existing roof having reached the end of its serviceable life, our team erected full access scaffolding before carefully removing the existing pitched roof coverings, fascias, soffits and guttering. The roof was then reinstated using Redland Mini Stonewold tiles, together with a new breathable membrane, treated battens, fascias, soffits and guttering.
Throughout the programme, maintaining safe access for residents and minimising disruption remained a priority. Regular communication, advance notices and the support of our dedicated Resident Liaison Officer ensured residents remained informed throughout the works. 💬
The completed project provides a fully renewed, waterproof roofing system with enhanced durability, improved kerb appeal and long-term protection for both the client and residents.
