We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of our Window and Door Replacement Scheme at Hoover & Brunner House, delivering lasting improvements to safety, compliance and the long-term performance of the buildings.
The project included:
✅ Replacement of outdated, non-compliant fire doors with new fully compliant fire doors
✅ Installation of new high-performance windows to improve efficiency and comfort
✅ Comprehensive asbestos surveys carried out across both residential blocks
✅ Specialist removal and replacement of asbestos-containing mastic in line with safety regulations
Working within fully occupied residential properties required careful planning, clear communication and a resident-first approach throughout. From coordinating installation appointments to providing regular programme updates, our team worked hard to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
One of the highlights of the project was the positive feedback received from residents, who consistently praised our team’s proactive communication regarding installation schedules, deliveries and programme updates.
