We’re pleased to be on site at Hoover and Brunner House delivering window and door replacement works on behalf of Phoenix Community Housing.
Our scope includes scaffold erection and access provision, the safe removal of asbestos mastic from existing window frames, and the full removal and replacement of windows and doors, along with all associated fittings and finishes.
Resident engagement continues to be at the heart of our approach. During a recent visit, we were delighted to welcome Alan from Phoenix Community Housing, along with a resident who kindly shared their feedback with the team. The resident spoke about the long wait for renewal works and expressed appreciation for the clear communication throughout the process. They also praised our site and scaffolding teams for being friendly, approachable, and professional.
It was especially encouraging to hear how much residents valued Sue Mitchell’s ongoing support — keeping them informed at every stage and always being available to talk through any queries.
We look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality outcomes for Phoenix Community Housing and the residents of Hoover and Brunner House.
Well done to the Highview delivery team on this project.
