We’re pleased to share a progress update on our works at Woodwards and Shawbridge in Harlow, delivered in partnership with Harlow Council.
At Shawbridge, the roof replacement works have now been successfully completed, providing residents with a renewed, weather-resistant roofing system that will protect the building for years to come.
Over at Woodwards, works are currently progressing well. Our team is carrying out the removal of the existing external cladding, undertaking brickwork improvements, and preparing for the installation of new doors to enhance both safety and appearance.
We’re also pleased to share the positive news that Highview Group will now be delivering the roof replacement at the Woodwards block, continuing our commitment to improving the quality and safety of residents’ homes.
These improvements form part of the wider programme to enhance housing across Harlow, and we are proud to be supporting the delivery of safer, more resilient homes for the community.
