We’re pleased to share a strong run of recent contract awards across several of our divisions.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve secured a series of projects spanning planned roof replacements, responsive waterproofing solutions, and technically detailed small works.
The recent wins include:
- Pitched roof replacement packages and associated roofline works in Enfield, delivered in partnership with Lura Construction.
- Flood mitigation and waterproofing works at Brook School, focused on rapid resolution and performance testing.
- Roof replacement scheme in Harlow – as Main Contractor.
- Specialist small works at Stanmore Library and Bramley Oak, including Bauder system interventions and detailed gable-end upgrades.
- Phase 1 roof replacement at Haggerston Estate, incorporating warm and inverted roof systems alongside green roof integration.
Notably, a significant proportion of these recent awards sit within our Small Works division, reflecting the steady growth of this area of the business, and the effective operational oversight provided by Reece Spurr.
