Highview is pleased to announce the successful completion of a roof refurbishment project at a live residential block in Southend-on-Sea.
The project involved a comprehensive roof refurbishment, including:

🔹 Installation of an Alumasc waterproofing system, including an insulation upgrade to meet current British Standards
🔹 New waterproofing, including underlay and capping sheet
🔹 New flashings to abutment walls and chimney
🔹 New fascia installed around the perimeter
Working within a live residential environment, the team carefully managed site operations to maintain a safe and well-controlled working environment, with the safety of residents, operatives and the wider site remaining a top priority.
