We’ve recently completed a roof replacement project in Feltham following a Sika survey that identified significant deterioration and moisture ingress across the existing roofing systems.
The project involved stripping the roofs back to the structural deck and delivering a full refurbishment, including:
✅ Complex perimeter scaffolding with integrated goods hoist
✅ Licensed asbestos removal works
✅ New timber deck infills to existing upstands
✅ Installation of a SIKA waterproofing system
✅ Insulation upgrades to meet current U-value requirements
✅ New trims and flashings to all roof edges
✅ Replacement tank room access doors
✅ New lightning protection system
✅ Permanent roof safety handrails
The completed works have provided a fully watertight roof, improved thermal performance, safer access for future maintenance, and reduced long-term maintenance requirements for the building owner.
