Highview Group are please to report progress on a scheme we are currently delivering at Braintree Road in Dagenham.
Completing improvements across three residential blocks, to enhance weatherproofing performance, thermal efficiency, and long-term asset condition, our works include:
- Erection of scaffold access to all blocks
- Removal of asbestos materials and existing loft insulation
- Installation of new loft insulation in line with current Building Regulations
- Replacement of pitched roofing, including underlay, battens and tiles
- Renewal of roofline goods (fascia, soffit and guttering)
- Renewal of stairwell flat roofs using a liquid waterproofing system
- Overhaul of entrance porch flat roofs
Throughout the programme, our team continues to prioritise resident engagement, site safety and operational compliance, ensuring residents remain fully informed on programme sequencing and access requirements.
