Working with Morgan Sindall Construction, Highview Group is currently delivering the roofing and waterproofing works at Bedford Passage, a complex central London development delivered in partnership with Morgan Sindall Construction.
The roofing programme is now well advanced, with over 14 months completed and the project is more than halfway through delivery.
To date, the team has successfully completed the majority of the roof areas, with seven roofs remaining as the programme progresses toward completion.
Despite the challenges typically associated with constrained city-centre sites, the project continues to perform strongly, driven by robust planning, proactive stakeholder engagement, and a solutions-focused approach on site.
Progress remains on track, with the remaining roofs scheduled to be delivered in line with the agreed programme.
